We collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, life area scores, goals, habits, and journal entries. We also collect usage data to improve the product. things like which features you use and how often. We do not collect payment details directly; those are handled by our payment processor.
Your data is used to personalise Nova's responses, compute your Life Score, surface patterns in your habits and journal, and improve your experience over time. Nova reads your goals, habits, and journal entries as one connected system. That is what makes its insights useful. We also use aggregated, anonymised data to improve LifeOS for everyone.
We will never sell your personal data to third parties. We will never share your data with advertisers. We will never share identifying information without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Your journal entries, life scores, and goals are yours. We are stewards of that data, not owners of it.
Nova, our AI, processes your data to generate personalised insights. This processing happens via our AI infrastructure. Your data is not stored by any third-party AI provider. It is passed in context and not retained. We take care to minimise what is sent and to ensure your personal information remains under our control. Nova's insights are generated fresh each time and are not shared with other users.
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile page. You can request an export of your data by contacting us. You can opt out of non-essential data processing at any time. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have rights under GDPR, including access, rectification, and erasure, which we will honour within 30 days of a written request.
