By creating an account or using LifeOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LifeOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
LifeOS is a personal operating system, a tool to help you track, reflect on, and improve different areas of your life. It is not a medical device, mental health service, financial advisor, or therapeutic tool. Nova's insights are informational and motivational only. Nothing in LifeOS constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
LifeOS Pro costs £7.99 per month. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Your trial begins on the date you start it and ends automatically after 7 days, at which point you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. Billing is handled securely by our payment processor. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until then. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time in a billing period. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days.
You agree to use LifeOS only for its intended personal use. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the service. You must not use LifeOS for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
LifeOS is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
